something i just put together quickly. I'm loving and appreciating what Snyder is doing with this. I like the Sin City approach.

That is simply amazing.

300 looks like its going to be one of the most beautiful movies ever made.

Frank Miller is quickly becoming the king of comic adaptations, as all his work seems to be making the transition to an amazing degree.

It'll be interesting whether or not Snyder delivers on Watchmen, because if he does, that'll put Moore and Miller dead even on the adaptation scale.

Granted adapting Watchmen is infinitely harder, as 300, like Sin City before it, is for the most part a live action comic, frame for frame.

I'm so excited for comic adaptations now.

And its about godamn time.

I think it's the smart way to go too. Not just because it worked so well for Sin City, but because it's visually awesome also. It's too bad most comic adaptations don't do the same; maybe they will if 300 is as successful as Sin City was.
