A must own of one of the greatest cop-thrillers of all time...
To bad that the Robert Z,dar featurette isn´t very long...
They could have discussed the whole triology and alittle more memories from his Matt Cordell days...(Hope there will be a 4th one)

I was out x-mas shopping last week and treated myself to the Synapse DVD of 'Maniac Cop' . This IS a must own DVD for sure, the transfer is excellent and it comes with a few nice extras to boot...check out the interview with Robert Z,dar . it was short but he did give us some background on his involvement with the film. :D

I say for the fans of this film...it is a major felony to NOT add this DVD to your collection. ;)

i already have the UK release of the film but this is one of the only instances where i'll be double dipping on a film and it seems like itll definitely be worth it

i really hope they do this for the other 2 films (especially 2)
