The first movie seems to be well-recieved by critics/fans/movie-goers/mainstreamers, but one word on all the never-intending-to-be-scary-again sequels - UNDERRATED!!

First one is excellent, great kid actor

Second one is humorous but not as good, great kid actor

Third is dull and Chucky's the only 'funny' thing about it. horrid kid actor

Fourth is no longer even really horror, it's okay at times

Fifth I havent bothered to watch yet

Child's Play - Great little flick, loved how they treated all completely real, as if a doll could be evil and menacing! Loved it.

Child's Play 2 - A lotta fun, remember seeing it when I was younger and talking about it on the playground... Especially loved the basement scene, and the final factory scene!

Child's Play 3 - A rushed movie, that's actually a gem I think... I really liked this movie, it gets all sorts of hate, but it's quite fucking funny, and forshadowed some of the comedic qualities of the old Chuckster to come!

Bride of Chucky - Great little horror comedy, and ya've gotta love John Ritter! His death scene was fucking brilliantly hilarious and sick at the same time, plus who DOESN'T like to watch to plastic dolls fuck?!

Seed of Chucky - Fucking hilarious! Sheer entertainment, some comic gold intermixed with some of the franchises SICKEST/goriest deathscenes (entrails spilling out at the dinner table anyone?) ya gotta love it!


I can't wait for another sequel to this awesome franchise, I absolutely love Chucky! :D

Child's Play 2 - *1/2 out of **** (Very weak... Lame attempt to suburbanize the half-pint killer.)
Child's Play 3 - ** out of **** (Creepy beginning -- hence the two stars; then tanked fast.)
Bride of Chucky - **1/2 out of **** (Years since I've seen it.)
Seed of Chucky - *Bomb* (Pure trash!)
