based on the video game
My goal is to write a screenplay for this game, make it into a movie. This is roughly what the script will be...
Deadhunt
Outline
1. Beginning credits
a. Tim, am 18 year old kid, is walking down a back alley.
b. He walks into a movie store
2. Searching
a. Tim looks for a video to rent at the movie store
b. He picks “Underworld: Evolution”
c. He pays for the video
d. A car explodes outside
3. Accident
a. Everyone goes outside
b. They see that the person in the burning car is still alive and has an arrow in his shoulder
c. Tim and two older women go back inside to call for help
4. Missing
a. Tim goes back out and the four that were standing out there are gone
b. He runs inside and tells them what happened
c. The car outside explodes
d. There was no answer at the hospital or police station
5. Back to the house
a. Tim starts to walk home
b. It starts to mist a little bit
c. Puddles of blood are in potholes
d. Tim stops, a bloody, decayed man is standing behind him
e. Tim doesn’t notice and walks home
6. Attack!
a. Someone shoots an arrow at Tim, it hits the porch and he runs inside
b. His grandparents are slaughtered
c. A bloody skeleton with armor on and a 18th century sword comes out of closet
d. Tim runs outside
e. More people like the one inside are running down the hill toward his house
f. He grabs a baseball bat and hits the skeleton’s head off ( the one inside)
7. Run
a. Tim runs into the woods
b. People stop him
c. They tell him what’s happening
8. Flashback
a. Archeologists find a ruin with a Latin writing
b. The people buried in the runs are dead worriers
c. The leader, Fred Dwayne, reads the scripture out loud
d. A big storm comes out of nowhere
e. Lightning hits a few of the archeologists
f. Zombie-like people come out of the middle of the ruin
g. They attack everyone there, almost everyone
h. Three people escape
i. They drive back to Hillsdale to tell everyone what’s happening, but it’s too late, the dead already have attacked
9. Fight
a. The archeologists give Tim a shotgun
b. They have to fight their way to the truck
c. One archeologist dies
d. Tires are flat on truck
e. Tim gets shot in the leg with an arrow
f. They all run to the funeral home
10. Hide out
a. They shut all of the steel shutters on the windows
b. They lock up the doors, which are metal.
c. Tim pulls the arrow out of his leg and rips some of his shirt and wraps his wound
d. Big speech on how to survive
11. Break-In
a. The undead break in
b. A man gets his head cut off by a sword of an undead worrier
c. The two run into the basement
d. They break the basement window and escape right when dhe dead break the door down
12. drive away
a. the two drive to the video store
b. Tim runs inside and the two old ladies are hiding in the back
c. One is hurt real bad
d. Tim and John (Archaeologist) take the injured old lady to the car
e. Tires have an arrow in them
f. The dead are running towards them
g. Not injured old lady gets hit by a flaming sword that was thrown at her head
13. On the run
a. They run as fast as they can
b. Injured old lady falls and gets killed by the undead
c. John gets into a parking garage and Tim follows
14. Reinforcement
a. Tim and John reinforce a steamroller so the dead can’t get in
b. They go into an office and grab bullets for their guns
c. The dead break the garage door down with a battering ram
d. They surround John and gut him and overkill him
15. Hillsdale
a. Tim gets in the steamroller
b. He drives through Hillsdale rolling over all of the undead but a few
c. A young woman, about Tim’s age, is still alive in her house
d. Tim stops and runs inside to get her
e. They get outside and Tim battles the undead with his shotgun
f. Girl drives steamroller away and leaves Tim for dead
16. Tim
a. Tim runs inside the girls house and shuts the door
b. The undead break it down right away
c. Tim runs upstairs and jumps out the window
d. He runs up the road and catches up with the girl
e. He hits her and knocks her out
17. Stopped
a. The army comes in just in time
b. They save Lucy and Tim
c. The undead kill half of the army
d. Tim and Lucy run into a tank
18. War
a. A big war between the undead and the army
b. The undead wins
c. Thousands more of the undead start to come out from the hills
19. No stopping it
a. Lucy shoots herself over stress
b. Tim drives the tank down the hill and shoots as many as he can
c. Thousands and hundreds of thousands are coming from the ruins
d. Tim realizes they can’t be stopped
e. He climbs out of the tank and wants to die, but he realizes that maybe if he destroys the ruins, they can be stopped
20. Ruins
a. Tim drives the tank to the ruins
b. He drives into the ruins, knocking them over
c. No more undead come out from the middle
d. The rest of the undead attack his tank
e. He jumps out of the tank and pulls the pin on a grenade
f. An undead worrier stabs him in the stomach with a sword
g. He threw the grenade into the tank
h. The tank blows up in a ½ mile radius, killing all of the undead and destroying Hillsdale
21. End Credits
a. Credits with Anthrax music
b. THE END
