Hey, just seeing if anyone knows of some good alternative/rock songs that involve the use of a choir... Or black choir even... There are only 2 songs I could think of to explain exactly what I'm talking about:

-Downfall by Matchbox 20

and

-I Don't Like the Drugs, But the Drugs Like Me by Marilyn Manson

Both have what sounds to be a brilliant black choir singing near the ends of each song... Just seeing if anyone knows any other songs like these?

Well I've found a few more, here's all the ones I have so far:

With a Little Help From My Friends - Joe Cocker

Another Brick in the Wall - Pink Floyd

Lacrymosa - Evanescence

Sledgehammer - Peter Gabriel

I Don't Like the Drugs - Marilyn Manson

Fashion Victim - Green Day

Downfall - Matchbox 20

Do any of you know any other songs similar to these at all? I love that sound, all of these songs're fantastic.

A choir (dunno if they're black though) also comes in on the Pink Floyd track Fearless.

John Frusciante's mom and a few other ladies sing at the end of the Chili Pepper's Under the Bridge as well.

That is hands down my favorite Pink Floyd song.

Yeah, I should've probably removed the word "black" from the thread title. I could care less what colour they are, so long as it's a choir. I'll haveta check that Pink Floyd song out.
