Yep, Frank Miller is apparently already at work on a sequel screenplay to his "300" which is due in cinemas soon. Read the below. Just when I though that what more could they make, I see this. Of course, a sequel is not even confirmed, but it is exciting to see the enthusiasm even though "300" is not out yet. There's alot resting on the success of this movie. Personally. I hope it breaks box office records of some kind. I can hope.

And here is a link to the original trailer leaked fom Comic Con or something. Some of you will remember this one. It had alot more footage than the later teasers.

Let me guess, let me guess, let me guess: 301. HA!! I'll be here all week. What the hell is the sequel going to be about? I thought the 300 story was based on an actual historic battle. It's even mentioned in The Last Samurai.

Will it still be about SPARTANS!!!!!! (?)
Yeah, it's official. I'm the only person I've met yet who seems to think this movie looks abslutely embarassing based on thr trailer.

Oh you're not the only one. I must admit I am only mildly interested borderline indifferent to this film. It looks like an interesting visual style but if the film contains half as much use of slow motion as the trailer, I'll totally hate it. I dunno, it just looks sort of preachy and overdone to me.

The sequel will be called "308:The Spartan Brady Bunch"
But seriously, I'm probably one of the most hyped up Schmoes when it comes to this movie, and I have to admit, it all looks like it's on a stage. Wait a second...it is :D
It will rock!

300 looks to be one of the most kick-ass rides of the year in every way possible.
...that being said, i really dont see how they could do a sequel with what its based on.

Its a very stylized account of the Battle of Thermopylae, in which a very small Greek force did in fact fend off a massive Persian army. After the Greek force was wiped out, their death spurred the rest of the Spartan nation into war, which easily swept clear the remainder of the Persian army which had been severely crippled by the small Spartan force.
Isn't history fun?

I would love to see another film on 300, coz its a very stylized action packed movie. Might be the ending would be a cliffhanger, may be they would extend the main battle in the next one.
Like LOTR series.
