Jet Li Is The New "Mummy" Villain?!?

Hey guys,

Another awesome bit of news has just crossed my path over at "Mania.com" where a confirmed report has circulated that Jet Li is currently in negotiations with Universal Studios to be cast as the new villain of "The Mummy 3" or what they're now calling, "The Mummy: Curse of the Dragon".

The story is being kept under wraps for now but this is an awesome bit of casting news and it is expected to be confirmed very soon. If this is true & both Brendan, Rachel and Odhed are returning, I'll be very excited to see the movie for sure. For more info, head to the link below:

I thought Fraser and Weisz turned it down? I'm hoping Odhed does as well, he deserves much, much better.

Hopefully he'll opt to do Sleeper Cell S:3 instead. I desperately want that show to return.

Fraser said he'd be still interested in returning if he thought the script was good enough....

Interesting to hear, as I think Jet Li doesn't play enough villains. (i.e. Lethal Weapon 4 was weak, but Li was dope as fuck....). Hell, I always thought that if they ever did a live action Dragonball Z movie, Li would be the perfect choice for Vegeta....
