First one that came to mind was CONFIDENCE.

We got:

Dustin Hoffman (who gives an amazing performance)
Rachel Weisz
Andy Garcia
Paul Giamatti
Luis Guzman
Robert Forster

And Edward Burns, but whatever, he's okay, not spectacular.

It's all too bad that the movie was just so dull, and by-the-numbers, and just plain tired. Oh well.

Holy wrong thread Batman!!!

And speaking of Batman, how could you name Batman Forever without naming Batman & Robin:

George Clooney, Chris O'Donnell, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Uma Thurman, Alicia Silverstone.

Hannibal21

Nine Lives
Miguel Sandoval, Robin Wright Penn, Jason Isaacs, Lisa Gay Hamilton, Holly Hunter, Stephen Dillane, Molly Parker, Sissy Spacek, Ian McShane, Mary Kay Place, Aidan Quinn, Kathy Baker, Joe Mantegna, Glenn Close, Dakota Fanning, etc. etc.

With a cast like that, I just did not see how anything could go wrong, but the experience was the equivalent to watching paint dry.

I'll give you a genuinely crap movie by a great director (Neil Jordan), great writer (David Mamet), and great actors (Robert DeNiro, Sean Penn. John C. Reilly):

We're No Angels

OCEAN'S TWELVE (www.kcmsterpce.com/reviews/oceans12.html) for me too

That was the first to come to mind for me.

I think this sums it up:
It's only expected that Ocean's 12 would be one better, since it goes to 12. Not just to 11.
To state this to anyone would be quite erroneous.
