I posted this as a reply in a nother post but decided it need its wown post

I don't like that sudios are making sequels to some of the movies i love I mean the american pie sequels were ok but kinda stupid I mean studios need to get some originality and not make sequels of movies made 10 or 20 years ago the omen sucked thats what I think I mean I'm not saying all remakes are bad the amityville was ok and the hills have eyes was pretty good. Spies like us was great and doesn't need to be remade I'd like to another ghostbusters movie. I mean go see the trailer for the remake of night of the living dead it looks horrible The dawn of the dead reamke Was great. I mean I loved the original Weird science and The Lost boys is great one of my favorite movies the goonies is great and I love gremlins Whats with studios remaking movies or coming out with sequels to movies that are great if these movies were made right then they might be good The lost boys could have a good sequel if done right so could Gremlins but i can't see a goonies movie being good or a weird science movie being any good movies studios need to hire some writers to give them some good original ideas so that they don't have to come out with some bullshit crap sequels to great movies

Here's an article of sequels and studios from premiere

If a STV Movie makes bundles of this ----> $$$
Expect another one coming whether we like it or not.
And the box retailers like my store, WALMART, K-Mart, and maybe CIRCUIT CITY, Best Buy definately has a hand in the sales here of STV DVDS.

But what kills me is when studios brew up a not needed sequel or haaaay lets do a part 2 of this flick and if we break even/show profit or whatever then lets do a part 3! YAY! No Naaaay NAAAAY!

I hate to admit that I kinda LIKED BRING IN ON 3 :D
It was no where close to the KIRSTEN DUNST one but was decent IMO.
And who would have known that Hayden find gold as a cheerleader on a certain TV show. Geee what could that be? ;)

American Pie 5, 6 or whatever that thing is getting horrrible and horrible by the minute.
I actually sat thru the movie when I got it from NetFlix and its BLEAH overall. Rewinding back to A.P. 3 still had some humor goin but the comedy goin in this one and the one before is batting ZERO points here for me.
And wtf?!?!? That article from EW reccomeds HAVOC?

I FUCKING HATED THAT MOVIE:rolleyes:
The only good thing was seeing Anne's TITS
Other than that shitty story, and I was zonining in and out of the movie.
Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

I was just about to post a thread similar to this, but I figured I'd just put it here.

Keep in mind, I have not seen a single one of these. To those of you who have had the pleasure (or displeasure) to view any DTV sequels from the Disney company. Like, Bambi II or Cindarella III. Are they any good? I'm not interested in seeing them, I was just wondering if these were worthy sequels to the originals? I kinda feel that if they are not worthy, then Disney is totally ruining the whole nostalgia factor or the charm of the originals. For some reason this has been bugging me. Cause I love the old Disney animated classics, and when I see a sequel to them, it's like why? Why ruin the charm of the original? Obviously this argument could be used for any sequels, I was just wondering if Disney was fucking up or not.
