I know it is the National Enquirer but they have been right about a few things before:

NATIONAL ENQUIRER EXCLUSIVE: PNEUMONIA KILLED ANNA NICOLE SMITH, PRELIMINARY FINDINGS INDICATE
Pneumonia — not a drug overdose — killed Anna Nicole Smith, the National Enquirer has learned exclusively.

In the new issue just hitting newsstands, The ENQUIRER reports that preliminary findings reveal that tests performed during the autopsy show Anna Nicole had a severe case of pneumonia. Prescription drugs that she had taken made the condition worse and did play a role in her death. The full toxicology report has not yet been completed.

Sources very close to the death investigation told The ENQUIRER that the prescription drugs masked the seriousness of her pneumonia. Anna Nicole had previously been hospitalized for pneumonia in the Bahamas after her son died.

This time, the painkillers Anna Nicole was taking masked her symptoms and quickened the deadly effects of the pneumonia.

All the details are in the next issue of The ENQUIRER.

It'll be interesting to see what it is.....

I'm not suprised, seeing that she had been really sick the days before her death.

On Entertainment Tonight a close friend of Anna Nicole's said she kept secret that she had some kind of deadly disease. Don't remember what it was. Would this be related?

Another rumor was that she had lupus.

That was the disease I was talking about. A close friend of hers said that she was keeping it secret that she had that disease.

I wonder if it's true and that was the cause of her death.

That could be very true. I had a friend who had lupus...she didn't know until one day she didn't feel well at all and upon goin to the hospital, the doctors said she had it. She only lasted about 3 more months. It's a seriously deadly disease that hits alot of women.
