This is a good thing- I was worried that the Bahamas might want to keep Howard happy since he seems to be thinking of settling there to get away from the US legal system. Hope this gets resolved soon.

Looks like the end of the line for Stern. Don't be surprised if he holds the baby at gunpoint to keep it from being taken away from him...:D

I feel I should give a DNA sample, or something, after hearing so much shit about this case.

Sure- Anna was pregant and was dating Birkhead at the time.. he went with her to a doctor's appt and an ultrasound. She told him he was the father. Howard was away working on her million dollars law case at the time, according to Birkhead. Birkhead says he had a serious talk with her about an issue that concerned him ( I'm thinking it was about her drug use). She and Howard called on her friends the Shelley's to see if she could live in his Bahamas house and buy it from him. She and Howard lived in the Bahamas. She asked Shelley's father in law if he would say he was the father of her child but he had a vasectomy.

After the baby was born, her son died from too many drugs (antidepressants and methadone). Then Howard and Anna had a marriage which it turned out was not a marriage but a committement ceremony. Also, Howard's name was on the birth certificate of the baby. Birkehead maintains he is the father and is suing for a DNA test. If it is not Birkhead's baby, then Howard will probably maintain custody since it is his name on the certificate. The baby looks like Birkhead though.

Anyway, in effect Anna tried to steal the baby from her father by moving to the Bahamas which is really despicable, IMO. But I guess people will do anything for their drugs so it is just a symptom of the drug addiction I guess.
