You call yourself a horror fan? Help me find a movie!

Ok, I asked about this movie a few years ago and no one figured it out. I've been searching for it for a long time now. The opening of the scene involves a woman in a white dress being murdered. I think she was having an affair, but it's such a minor issue it doesn't even matter. Anyway, a guy is falsely accused of the murder and is sent to prison. In prison he finds out that the warden or whoever are running the place are doing experiements on the prisoners. It's been so long since I've seen the movie, but I think they looked like werewolves or something close to it. I need all the help I can get. Thank you!

That was the movie dude, thanks a lot. Funny, I remember it being a hell of a lot scarier. I guess things are scarier when you are younger. Anyways, thanks for the help. By the way, how did you find it?

I think all I did was Google some of the terms you had in your description. I think I had to try a few different combinations before I found one that brought up the movie.
