Metcalfe Checks Into Rehab


Desperate Housewives star Jesse Metcalfe checked himself into a Los Angeles rehab facility for alcohol abuse earlier this week. The actor - who is dating Girls Aloud singer Nadine Coyle - is said to have voluntarily admitted himself into an undisclosed treatment clinic on Monday, following several nights of heavy partying at the Mondrian Hotel in Hollywood last weekend. A representative for the 28-year-old confirmed the reports yesterday morning and asked for the press to respect his privacy while he battles his drink demons, according to the New York Post. The statement says, "On Monday, Jesse Metcalfe entered a rehab facility to deal with alcohol issues. He realized he had a problem and was anxious to deal with it immediately. The actor hopes that the media will allow him the privacy to deal properly with his treatment."

Wow, I didnt know he was that old. Get well dude. Maybe he can hook up with Brit or Lohan while he is in there.

From what I have read online on several sites, the guy is a rude, sexist asshole. Maybe rehab will clean his ass up.

Is it so wrong to drink these days? Hearing all these celebs go to rehab, its almost like the hardcore drugs dont exist anymore.

I think he just wants to become more popular. Hell, it worked for Lindsey and Britney!

Just another thing to check off in order to become famous.
Next on this list is an eating disorder or a jewish joke gone wrong. :P

Do celebrities do nothing but hang out at clubs and drink themselves into alcoholism? Take a trip, go to Disneyland, something - there's more to do than drink all the freakin' time. I drink, but I also do other stuff with my time.

Well I'm pretty sure finding out that a celebrity bought a box of Cheerios doesn't sell tabloids, so of course you're only gonna hear the bad stuff.
