That's a pretty pointless list, I think. Ranking the moments from just 2 movies? I mean, come on...

That being said, I thought the "unmasking" scene in Spider-Man 2, along with the entire train sequence that precedes it, should have been #1. It was that scene that first made me realize I was watching a great movie.
