OK maybe imitators is not the right word, but you know what I mean: "Crime drama following the sleazy life of some guy, containing either voiceover narration, flashy cinematography, cool music and brutal violence, or more often some combination of these".

Goodfellas itself doesnt count.

The best movie on that list is City of God; though I'm still a little confused as to the topic.

Menace II Society, although I still didn't like it all that much. I don't think any imitator will never touch Goodfellas, no matter how hard it tries.

Casino. It's the same fucking movie, set in Las Vegas.

Boogie Nights, easily. It's not really so much a Goodfellas imitator though...it uses much of the same style that Scorsese used in Goodfellas, especially that long tracking shot that opens the movie, but I'd say it's more Altman than Scorsese overall.

City of God

I watched the first 10 minutes of The Business and thought "Why has someone tried to make a British Goodfellas", so I turned over.
