anybody else remember this old-school low budget gem?

For me, it was everything the original Hills Have Eye should have been...and its truly a neglected gem. The leading girl from Chopping Mall stars in this as well as genre vet of low-budget movies, Joe Estevez (yep Martin Sheens brother).

Such a fun time...anybody else?

I'm ashamed to say I have never heard of it. Everything Hills Have Eyes should have been? Was it about a family of mutants or something? You have got me intrigued with this film now. Well thats all for now GOoD JOURNEY my fellow schmoes.

Actually, I may have to take that back on that note -

Its not mutants,but its just crazy redneck type people,like deliverance.

If you go to Cinemanow.com you can actually watch this movie for free...thats how I saw it because its VERY rare.

Its about a bunch of kids who are paintballing nuts who go in the backwoods to paintball for the weekend along with beer & chicks of course. The said crazy redneck fucks mess around with them and such and its the same BASIC idea of Hills Have Eyes of being stalked by nutty "people" who run the area the characters invaded and such.

Its not 100% like Hills but it deals with alot of the same ideas that Hills miserably failed for me.

I picked this bad boy up, used on DVD for $2.99 at my local FYE last year. It truly is a treasure of a film. I would easily recommend to any 80's horror fan.
