personally I think it sound's sweet. a green arrow movie following the standard superhero movie formula would probably be kind of lame.
i hope black canary and speedy are in it at least as cameos, as well as tons of guys only super nerds will recognize.

i think he should keep the facial hair though, it's his signature look. he just doesn't look right without it.

I agree. This sounds extremely refreshing, and it sounds much more interesting than a straight up GA flick. Oliver Queen is a fantastic character (foul mouthed, ill-tempered, liberal warrior Oliver Queen, that is) and I'm sure he'll entertrain, as long as the casting fits.

i`ve never been a big fan of ga untill i read kevin smiths run on it and then identity crisis.now i`m hooked on this guy.
