i saw it on the 24th (anyone have any questions/comments i can prove i watched it or want to be spoiled just ask) from the start of the movie to the beginning of the credits it was exactly 2:20 long. there might be 5-10 minutes of credits (maybe 7) and about 13 minutes of previews (will be different at every theater, and even at the same theater it will be different on each print they have). so it seems spiderman 3 is about 2:40 give or take a few minutes at different theaters.

first off id like to say it took venom about 1 hour and 45 minutes to even show up in the movie. although the symbiote was in just about all of it and eddie was in most of it. there just wasnt enough of venom!!
if i remember correctly there was 2 fights with spidey vs. sandman, 2 or 3 fights with spidey vs harry, and the final (and best) fight at the end with spidey and harry vs sandman and venom. even though this movie seems mostly about the relationship of peter/mary/harry, there were still plenty of action.
the last fight was great, ending was good, but i still was disappointed. the last attack on sandman was 2 giant rockets that hit him while he was a 3 story high sand monster. then venom was kickin spideys butt and had him webbed down and was about to stab him with harrys glider (the 2 pointy horns on the front) harry jumped in the way and sacrificed himself. then venom threw harry away and into some poles. spidwy saw that the loud noise hurt him so he started hitting poles together and hitting venom with the poles and then also sticking them in the ground making a circle of poles. he would run around it and keep hitting it with venom in the middle of it. then he webbed eddie and pulled him free of the symbiote and then spidey stopped. the sybiote got mad and was about to go after spidey then spidey threw one of harrys pumpkin bombs right into the middle of the hurt symbiote. right before it exploded, eddie said dont do this peter, no!!!!!!! (maybe not those exact words) and tried to jump in to save the symbiote like an idiot and he blew up. it even showed his skeleton as if he died. then the remaining symbiote after the explosion was on fire and then died.
while this was going on harry was dying and was with mary jane talkin to her. then after the symbiote was destroyed sandman came back and said it was a mistake and he was sorry and spidey said more or less shit happens and it happens to me too. and spidey forgave him sandman turned into a cloud of sand and flew away. then when spidey went to harry/mary harry finally died after they all said their goodbyes.
that was only the end to the fight as it had a good beginning to it too.
btw i didnt stay during or after the credite to see if there was anything so maybe the story changed.
