I know there’s a thread for F4 Pics like 5 below but I don't want to post these because I don't want that thread close, apparently Fox has pulled theses off the net everywhere, they are pretty BADASS so I wanted to share... A lot of people complained that Doom wasn’t done justice the 1st time, here’s hoping that they get it right this time around, and if these pics are any indication then we are in luck! Can’t wait for June 15th !!!!!

I didn't think too much of the first film, it was a little too silly; and I'm not much of a FF fan (although my name comes from Johnny Storm, it's only because of my red hair and it was my nickname on my football team). But the first movie was fun, and thats about all I expect from a FF movie, it's dumbed-down, silly, and yet it's a good time. And with the addition of the Silver Surfer and (hopefully) a more badass Doom, I think people are going to have an even better time with this one.

I think it'll easily be better than the first, but I'm also a little more interested in this than Spidey.... Don't know why seeing as Spiderman is my favorite comic character that's not Batman or an X-man.

I am happy that this is going to have at least a few fight scenes(my biggest gripe with the original), but i hold no hope for the story at all, and some of the stuff ive read about the movie really has me down.

I want at least a "Van Helsing" level of entertainment out of it. (terrible movie, but in a good way.)

Maybe I'm on crack and don't remember correctly, but didn't they pretty much burn all the flesh off of Doom at the end of the first FF? Wasn't he just hot metal before they "cooled" him off? I wonder if they're doing some kind of reconstructive skin thing on him in FF2.

I actually enjoyed the first FF. It was silly, but I liked the level of humor involved. Chiklis rocks!

Yeah, his whole BODY was metal, which made the concept of the mask and his whole comic origin pointless.

They burned him up and got rid of all his flesh.

Maybe this second one is him healing up from the burning, so he's only partially reconstructed because he isn't fully healed yet. Also, perhaps his face will never look normal again because his vanity will require him to forever wear the mask.

Actually, Doom's burns healed before he put the mask on, but all he saw were scars. In his haste to cover his face, he put the red-hot mask onto his face before it cooled, thus bonding it permanently to his face, and scarring it for good.

As per the comics origin.

Actualy, from what ive read, him and the Silver Surfer sound like they get as much screen time as the FF.
