Speaking of low budget flicks car chases I highly recommend "Epicenter" with Traci Lords. Incredible for non-Hollywood car chase in San Francisco. (Plus nudity:D and disaster movie at the end).

No list is complete without To Live and Die in L.A. Easily one of the top five car chases ever put to film.
