Idea for a tournament.....

Ok, I know my tournaments aren't very popular (they always die out before they're over), but I had an idea for a tournament and I wanted to know if it was any good. After someguy's video tournament is over, does anybody want to do a similar tournament only with bands?

True, but the people here have fairly good tastes, so we can assume that a band like Nickelback won't win.

My only dilemma: if I did go ahead and do this, how should we go about nominating. I was thinking about just listing a bunch of critically acclaimed bands and then letting you guys add on to the list, or would that be fair?

I think that sounds good, just include the obvious choices and whatever, then ask for our nominations and you should end up with a nice, varied list.

I'm thinking many more. There are simply too many bands out there and somebody, God forbid, could forget The Beatles or The Beach Boys or a band that obviously deserves to be there.
