Never say never, but I would say without any resurgence in Women in Prison exploitation films or Pam Grier, I don't think that anyone is clamoring for these rights. If anything, I'd look for a cheapo bare bones version when the current rightsholder's death grip expires. Big Bird Cage is amazing by the way.

Maybe back when Rolling Thunder was in business, but now the people that hold the rights probably don't see any profitiable reason to release these.
