I'd say Miami or Tallahassee would be a bigger concern than Tampa. Orlando is defiantly a place to worry about though - they want to take away our freedom to vacation.

I'd be more worried about New York, DC, and Los Angeles, especially the Big Apple. Anything that hurts the stock markets and the U.S.'s financial structure has always been a terrorist target; that's why the towers were targeted.
