I have unfortunately been subjected to the trailer for this turd twice in the past couple of weeks. This looks beyond awful and I really hope this movie comes nowhere near the top 10 when it's released.

The movie looks like a joke, and not the good kind. I saw the trailer and couldn't believe somebody actually wrote crap like that.

I would like to point out that the imdb page says that its plot synopsis is empty. Doubt it's far from the truth.

Soooo much money. I work with kids and it never ceases to amaze me how much girls love bratz. They would burn their barbies for a bratz doll any day of the week. I find those little dolls distrubing to begin
with.

Guys, chill out. You do realize that different types of movies are made for different types of people, right? Bratz is a popular toy line for younger girls, and the animated movies have done well, so its only logical that they'd make a live action movie. Just 'cause it exists doesn't mean you have to see it.

But, I mean, just look at it. I understand what you're saying but....just............just look at it.

It's bimbotomy , it cracks me up , all this talk about keeping the children safe and giving them positive role models , but the parents see no harm in helping their kids celebrate a toy line and cartoon show that is all about underage chicks dressing in streetwalker clothes and wearing more makeup than tammy faye bakker . I could really care less what people buy for their kids , but the popularity of brats and the adults embrace of it reeks of hypocrisy .

Of all that is holy , is it possible to actually lose brain cells while watching a trailer , the odd thing is , they made the people less slutty than the toy line , that is until the obligatory variety show at the end that brings everyone together , it was either that or a prom .

Did some reject just skim over the Mean Chicks script and make some minor " changes " this is pretty much a poor man's version of that film , and Mean was pretty much a poor man's Clueless , so you can see how effective this film will be . If there is any justice , this film will bomb hard , cause it would be a sad commentary on the youth if they make this a hit .

And , oh boy i wanted to destroy my speakers when i heard that dreadfully annoying song at the end of the trailer from that former " rebel " , who is now a cheap imitation of other pop tarts .

but seriuosly whats wrong with kids liking toy dolls, i loved care bears and would have loved a live action movie of them, maybe they will one day with Bruce willis as tenderheart bear.

Bratz? Just what we need, a Paris Hilton / Nichole Ritchie / Lindsay Lohan movie!

No.

These producers obviously know what they're doing, making money off of adolescent naivety.

This thing probably cost two cents and some blowjobs to make, and if one family goes to see it, they've made profit.

Absolutely. And there will always be a market for crap like this. Hilary Duff, Amanda Bynes and the Olsen twins have been exploiting it for years. Now they need to pass the torch over.

I would see that movie in an instant. They really should look into Mickey Rourke and Dennis Hopper playing some of the care bear cousins.

Still. A movie about bratty girls focusing on them being bratty? Might possibly be the most immediately annoying concept I've heard of.

Well, considering how we have a live action Underdog movie, a live action Alvin and the Chipmunks movie coming...should we really be surprised?

What's next: Toucan Sam: The Movie?

Oh wait, I think there were actual serious talks about such a project. Along with some sort of Ronald McDonald or some Burger King project that I read about. Seriously, I don't understand why studios jump all over this shit while letting such amazing screenplays like Brokeback Mountain gestating for a decade until some studio comes along and has the balls to produce it.

Thank god for independent film.
