Oh, believe me....I've listened to just about every kind of music there is. I love most the emo precursor bands (Embrace, Fugazi, Sunny Day Real Estate) but emo in general makes me queasy.

They'd be allowed flamethrowers, just to even the odds a little bit and just make it worth watching when McClane fucks them up rather than it just being a foregone conclusion.

This idea loses some merit in the fact that they would probably get slightly depressed midway through. Thus the ones that didn't burn themselves or each other to death would still get fucked up by McClane as he threw out a few catchy one-liners ("Hey hot stuff, why so sad?" perhaps?)
