Great wallpapers, man!

I fucking loved this movie. Those who I've talked to about it that didn't like it seemed to have missed the entire point behind it. It was pure action/adrenaline and done masterfully!

The wallpapers are too smart and well done for a movie with no brain, no soul, and does nothing more than just throw a bunch of shit at the screen and hope it sticks. Other movies deserve those, but they're very well done

I was hoping that they would introduce one more group of characters, because I told myself if they introduced another character I'd turn off the movie. Unfortunately they didn't and I was stuck watching the rest of the movie. Every scene in the first half hour - new characters. By then I didn't give a shit.

The movie solely relies on shock value. And shocks I have seen before in a dozen or so other films. Maybe the best part about it was Ben Affleck being killed off early.

I appreciate the wallpapers. Too much going on in them for me personally, but they are well-done.

For an action fix, the film worked for me. Plus the Clint Mansell score was excellent.

and i liked the movie. i except it for what it is, an action flick. although I admit, the ending could have been better.
Ryan Reynolds and Ray Liotta are the shiot! not to metion Piven and I also enjoyed Nestor Carbonelle, the Tremor Brothers and the cameo by Mathew Fox was sweet!

Smokin' Aces is easily the most hyped piece of garbage of 2007 so far. It is supposed to be this crazy action movie, and it is....for about 10 minutes. The rest is boring ass set-up. Not nearly enough of the fine ass Alicia Keyes!! Bateman was good. Piven was cool. But it just wasn't enough to make it a good movie. 4/10

With all and utmost honesty, one of the most over-bloated and down-right terrible films of 2007. Transformers was also highly stylized and over done, but it was handled lightly and with such a sense of childhood wonder and fun, how could you NOT like it? Smokin' Aces was so... heavy-handed! It pissed me off that it seemed like the filmmakers thought they were making something serious and profound with characters flatter than a Compact Disc and a plot more confusing and ridiculous than The Matrix Revolutions.

3/10.
