If you don't know, Haynes is doing a Dylan biopic but using different actors to play Bob Dylan. Some of them are Heath Ledger, Christian Bale, Richard Gere and Cate Blanchett. The clip is a scene where Blanchett is playing Dylan.
Not sure on the clip, but casting David Cross as Ginsberg is pretty damn excellent.
