I have to say altough I am not a big Harry Potter fan I have enjoyed the movies. I had high hopes for "The Order of the Phoniex" after seeing the last movie. I hate to say it but my hopes were dashed. I thought Goblet of fire was entertaining for a guy who has not read the book. It was fun, exciting and even a little dark.

So here was the perfect chance for this series to get amazing. What I wanted to see was a crap load of Voldermort, ok even a little would have been nice. I wanted to see some crazy fights between good and evil or at very least some amazing strategy between the groups to prepare for a major fight in the next movie. Instead I got a very boring movie where nothing climactic every took place.

I felt like this movie was simply an excuse to make more money, or an "oops, I promised I would write seven books even though I am out of storyline."

Ultimatley this was a regression in movie making for the Harry Potter series, everything you want to see is not there, actually I dont know that very much of anything was there.

I am interested to see where this franchise goes from here, dollar wise. The movies feel old and boring and now that the books are coming to an end I wonder if the movies are going to take a dive.

Hey there Dogg92...Welcome to the boards....You should take a look at the rules and regulations for the forums (they're located at the top of EVERY forum. And when starting a new thread, please look to see if there are any existing threads pertaining to your desired subject matter before doing such, there's really little need for 15 different threads on any one movie.

Thanks, and enjoy!
