This looks pretty shitty, you won't catch me in the theater watching it.

I see that they are trying to sell it as a "twist" movie (in recent TV spots). I don't think that's a good sign. Reeks of desperation.

Generic shit is becoming a genre of its own these days.
Did you see that generic shit movie last Friday? Boy, was it shitty!

Shes what 21 maybe? The girl is a decent actress but the baggage she brings along with her these days makes it hard to watch her on a movie screen and not be taken out of the movie. Its almost like watching Paris Hilton in a movie except Paris is really not an actress rather just a celeb. If I was Lohan I would disappear from the public for a while , don't do any movies and stage a comeback in a few years. It just may save her career...another thing is she is better suited to supporting roles , she just can't carry an adult movie on her own at this point in her career.

Even though the movie doesn't look like anything special (a fun guilty pleasure, which is why I plan on seeing it) but I've always thought that the poster was gorgeous.

The movie looks horrible. It must think it's some sort of great Hitchcockian thriller. But the plots in these movies are so bullshit that they don't deserve to be deemed Hitchcockian.
In the first place, just the idea of Lindsay Lohan trying to pull off playing "a bright and promising young woman" turns me off from this.

I don't mind Lohan at all...she needs to (seemingly,we don't exactly know her life in my opinion, the paparazzi and news add 10x different bullshit to her life as well as many others, not saying shes innocent though) get her shit together but I never minded her as an actress. And I don't think shes bad looking either.
But this movie looks terrible, all news stories aside. And I think its going to flop pretty damn bad.

Anyone else find it funny, or at least ironic, that she's now got a movie titled Herbie: Fully Loaded and now I Know Who Killed Me? Or is it just me?

I don't have time to get into it, I'll go into more detail later, but holly god this movie was AWFUL. I mean TRULY bad.
I'll give it a 3/10 for some decent acting and it does start off intriguingly. But I have to go to work now so I'll get into a more detailed review when I get back tonight.

SPOILERS!
Vacancy was WAAAY better than this movie. Of coarse I do agree that Lohan was incredibly sexy in this movie.
My big complaints:
- Instead of making sense and being what it should have been about (which is a girl who escapes the clutches of a serial killer but went through such a traumatic experience that her mind gets fucked up and she thinks she's a character from a story she made up) the movie becomes incredibly silly, dumb and stupid and ends up being about I think what they called identical twin stigmata where every cut/bruise or what not that Aubrey gets, happens to Dekota as well.
Let's say I actually buy this then why did Aubrey write a story that is almost exactly like Dekota's life, even calling her character Dekota.
The FBI is pretty inept at their jobs too. Especially considering how easily Dekota finds out who the killer is. Wouldn't the FBI find out that the victims had the same piano teacher and look into that guy?
The movie starts off intuigingly and there is a nice performance from Julia Ormand as Aubrey's mother. Unfortunately other great actors like Neal McDonough as Aubrey's dad and Gregory Itzin as a psychiatrist who works for the FBI are completely wasted with minimal screen time.
And though the movie starts off fine, it grows increasily silly and dumb and ludicrous as the movie goes along. And the ending is just hideously awful. As bad as a lot of the movie is, it doesn't reach the level of awfulness of the ending. I couldn't believe my eyes at how truly godawful the entire climax was.
I really feel sorry for Lindsay Lohan. She's a talented actress who is obviously going through a rough personal life and her professional life ain't doing to well either. Georgia Rule tanked and this movie will likely tank as well. I didn't see Georgia Rule so I can't say anything about that, but this movie is a trainwreck and deserves to flop. Lohan has a lot of talent so I hope she gets her life in order and hopefully starts doing better movies. But this movie is truly one of the year's worst movies. Bar none.

I'm tired of Lindsay Lohan; it's difficult to take her and her movies seriously if she doesn't take herself seriously; Lord knows what she thinks of her career. Her only success has been with Disney movies or playing to the teen crowd; her attempt to "branch out" has fallen F-L-A-T. So I'm not sure how to judge her talent. Frankly, with this movie, it looks like she's pandering for an Oscar, and it looks like she's got a long way to go.

When it comes to this scary type of genre- shes definetly better suited to be in a House of Wax type flick, rather then a serious psychological thriller.

Hahahahaha, OMFG. I also read a bunch of other spoilers, including one stating that she's beaten unconscious with her own bionic arm/hand (?).
Forget the WICKER MAN remake, we've got ourselves a new movie to make fun of!

To say that I Know Who Killed Me is an abomination to film making would be a complete understatement. Director Chris Sivertson takes a decent premise and turns it into an unbearable entry in the already dead torture porn genre. There really is a decent premise at the core of this picture and that is why it saddens me to say this is such an awful movie. I would honestly go as far as saying it's one of the worst movies of all time. The direction is absolutely horrid and it makes the film even more annoying to watch. I really hated the use of the color blue (especially at the beginning). I'm sure it served some sort of point but if it did, the point was lost in the film and was poorly executed. For the first forty-five minutes of the film, everything (and I mean everything) was blue. From the gloves that doctors wore, to the liquid the the killer pours over Lindsay Lohan, to her tongue ring. The dialogue is wooden and corny, and the awful performances make it even worse and more forced. The twist is extremely predictable and pulled off lame as can be and the final shot was one of the most stupid and corny shots I've ever seen in my life. At times the film was fun to laugh at but the majority of it was just painful to sit through. I know I want my money back.

When your movie opens in ninth place just slightly ahead of Who's Your Caddy and recovering only a tenth of it's budget you know you're in trouble. The couple of reviews I read on the horror websites were nothing flattering. I think Lohan is suffering from Feldman/Haim syndrome. She'll be finding out that she is not on top of the world. Well thats all for now GOoD JOURNEY my fellow schmoes.

wow this was even worse than i was expecting, the acting is shoddy, Lohan is just terrible, i found it hard not to laugh whenever she spoke. the script is stupid and the film just spirals further and further out of control all the way to the retarded ending. complete shit

I Know Who Killed Me - 5/10
A good first half is followed by a horrible second half. That just about sums it up. There are many positve things about this film. Lindsay Lohan gives a pretty solid performance, and I really hope she gets out of her Hollywood Rebel funk, because she has some potential to be a great actress. There are quite a few intense scenes which I liked. The first half is quite mysterious and I couldn't wait to find out what happened. The score was quite good as well, very dark score, sort of Batman Returnsish. I also am one of the few who kind of liked the idea of Stigmata and the scene in which the man on the video is describing the brothers is absolutely brilliant. All of those positive things are dragged down by a terrible, and I mean terrible second half. The story gets way out of whack, and Stigmata isn't the craziest thing that happends either. There were some hilariously unintentionally funny moments as well. Like when the dad tells Dakota/Aubrey to "Just shut the fuck up!", or when Dakota/Aubrey is banging the shit out of her boyfriend while the mom is in the kitchen beneath her room and can here the bed slamming and all of the screaming and moaning. The ending wasn't very satisfying either. A pretty intriguing plot (IMO), is not carried out very well in the end and just kind of ends without any furthur explanation. And the killer was a surprise, but not a good surprise, a very bad, lame surprise that had no character development whatsover. Overall a half decent and half shitacular movie. Maybe worth a rent when I comes to DVD. And what was up with all the blue shit?
I put Dakota/Aubrey in parts of my review as to not give away any plot details.

As much as I hated the movie I do think the sex scene although funny (unintentionally so though) is actually pretty hot. I just wish Lohan would show some skin.

Only the second weekend and this film is already out of the top ten for Friday's estimates. I thought this movie was going to sink, just not this quick. I guess it should be no surprise though given the mostly negative reviews. Well thats all for now GOoD JOURNEY my fellow schmoes.

There were also 4 new movies released this week, so it was bound to be booted out.
