Starring Cruise, Streep and Redford.

Trailer is pretty weak.

Some of the lines just make me wanna puke.

Yup, that trailer blew. The lines seemed kinda lame (maybe they'll work better in the context of the movie though), it doesn't really tell you shit about the movie, and the cheesy over-the-top "cool" music just made the whole thing seem extra stupid.

I'm still interested in the film but that trailer does more harm than good for the movie.

I think it seems great. It's one of my most anticipated films of the year.

Ahh, too close! Back the camera out! Don't...want...Redford's gigantic craggy face or Cruise's nose pressed against mine for two hours!

It doesn't tell me much other than the political aspect might drive me crazy; tell a well told tale with some modern day comparisons, okay; beat me over the head with on the nose dialogue that even Paul Haggis might find atrocious, eh eh.

It could be decent, Redford's a good director.

Trailer is EXTREMELY underwhelming. But I still look forward to it for the first-rate cast and also Redford has yet to disappoint as a director. I've loved all of his movies including the underrated The Legend of Bagger Vance.

Fuck no. Cruise's war on terror line is cringe worthy. Just sounds like they tried really hard to write dialogue that will get people riled up but it fell flat. I'll be skipping this but I will say Meryl Streep is probably the oldest woman that I wan't to fuck! Well thats all for now GOoD JOURNEY my fellow schmoes.

First off, that is probably the worst choice of music for a trailer ever.

Second, from both of this film's trailers we have seen a total of three scenes.

World record Reddy! Whoo!

It does look preachy, but it's hard to argue against the cast. It might be worth checking out.

I agree with all the sentiments that this is a pretty poorly constructed trailer. But I'm not willing to dismiss it yet, simply because of the utter strength of the cast. I hope the film is a lot more character-based and less preachy than the trailer leads one to believe, but I do also think that they just took the stinger lines from the movie and clumped them all together to draw attention. This isn't off my radar just yet.

I actually really liked the new trailer, but it's like in the 2nd half of it they tried to use one action scene from the movie to make the WHOLE movie look action-oriented.

But I love that cast, and I'll probably be seeing this in theaters.

As someone disappointed by the teaser, the new trailer looks A LOT better. The music fits, the lines sound better, and Pena's and Luke's characters get some screen time. I agree with backstabba that the action sequence looked a little out of place.

I admit that trailer was better done than the last one but I'm still not won over. Then again I don't really care much for political thrillers any way. Was that Peter "Mushmouth" Berg I saw in there? Ha ha. Well thats all for now GOoD JOURNEY my fellow schmoes.

That was a trailer? Hm, it wasn't half bad. I'm kinda glad Cruise is back in a non-blockbuster film. The last one he did was Magnolia, I think. He does it better.

All who think the music fits the trailer should turn their ears and brains in at the front desk immediately.

Here's the new trailer, Big Mac:

Scarfather, the teaser's music didn't fit at all, but the new one didn't strike me as ill-fitting.
