Terrible film, it bored the hell out of me, failed to create any tension. i also didn't care about the characters or what happened to them which didn't help. the ending was also very lame.

An excellent little movie. It has a very short running time so once it gets going it does not stop. There's next to no gore, and actually uses atmosphere and tension to create scares (and it pulls that off successfully). The reveal of 'Them' is a bit disappointing, but it's not a big deal. I really enjoyed how throughout the movie the identity of 'them' is ambiguous.

This movie pretty much just sucked. I saw a bootleg copy of it, and I'm glad I did, because I wouldn't pay a cent for this movie. It's slow, boring, not suspensful or intense at all, the acting is poor and it is wayyy too short, although I was glad it was short in the end because it was so terrible.

As I expected, I can't even go into another thread and state an opinion without this wiseass making another stupid remark, and basically telling me that there is only one opinion for Halloween.

Did I say I couldn't understand the critisism? No. You seem to be the one who can't understand anything postitive that is said about Halloween.

Chill out, I have said many positive things about Halloween, you just chose to ignore them, I was kidding. Ils on the other hand is a a film that I understand is not enjoyed by people. Its a film that uses atmosphere and subtlety, as apposed to beating you around the head with gore and action.

The only thing is "in my opinion" of course, is that there really isn't much atmosphere or subtlety, and what there is of it, isn't very good.

Roy, please.

Bourne has a taste in movies. Everyone has a taste in movies. He enjoys movies like the Saw franchise, and they are pretty much the opposite of Ils in many ways. There's no need for you to throw around bashes, just accept the fact that one person out of billions disagrees with you and move on.

I like the saw films, I liked this. I'm sorry for being petty.
