30th Anniversary is the best version, none come with "special packaging" as far as i know.

The most "special" packaging I could think of is the 30th Anniversary one. It's the 2-disc and a book packaged inside a larger box.

Didn't the 30th anniversary version drop the DTS track that the 25th had?

Nope.
It has everything the other editions have and more.

Technically it added the DTS track, as the version before you had to choose between either the Dolby Digital or the DTS version when you bought it.
