Ok today The new 2 disc special edition of both RE films come in a nice pakeage but is it worth getting it? Im like both films alot and def going to see the third, i have not seen either since 2 years so a recap before this thrid one hits is not a bad idea....

I own:

Resident Evil (special edition)
Resident Evil (deluxe edition)
Resident Evil: Apocalypse (2 disc special editon)

I don't mind buy this set if it has any new feautres but if its the same I am not picking it up. I heard it has a *NEW* bridge scene that ties you right into the third film if this is true I might get it.

Your thoughts on this new set?

If you're going to see the third one, then it's essentially getting this set for free. The movie ticket is worth $10.50 and the concession cash is worth $5, which comes to a grand total of $15.50...and the set is on sale for $14.99 (or might even be regularly priced at that), so if you were planning to see the third, and get yourself a popcorn and a soda, the DVD is free :)

10.50? God I'm glad I live were I do. I will probably be seeing this movie for 5 dollars. If I'm unlucky I might have to pay 7 dollars.

You are lucky. That's why I don't go to the movies anymore. It's $10.75 by me. That's why I just wait for the DVD to come out, and blind buy it. This way if I like it, I already have it, and if I don't like it, then I sell it, and get almost all my money back. :D

Then again, I do still have my student I.D. from college(They'll have to pry it out of my cold dead hands) so tickets are slightly less expensive.
