The Road Warrior S.E.?

The current edition sucks overall, has "fuck ugly" box cover art, and lousy packaging too. Will we ever see a proper S.E. of The Road Warrior in R1? Anybody know?

Doubt it.

Although it did receive a nice HD DVD - surprisingly nice transfer and it has a commentary with director George Miller and cinematographer Dean Semler, Introduction by Leonard Maltin and the Original Theatrical Trailer.

Surprised they didn't release that to DVD :confused:

And hopefully they'll release it under the title "Mad Max 2: The Road Warrior" instead of just "The Road Warrior" (a title only used here in the States, I believe, since the original "Mad Max" was not yet well known here).
