I want to so that I can watch all the extra footage of Winstead but it's really not worth the money. The movie itself was bad so I doubt any amount of footage could make it better unless half of the original stuff was taken out, though the additional Winstead scenes does help its case. I'll be netflixing it.

I hope your not thinking of buying one at best buy. Unless its online. I got a flyer today for Best Buy and they said that there's only gonna be 15 Death Proof steel books per store.

Thats why I'm running over to futureshop. I'm not gonna wake up at 10 in the morning to run over to Best Buy and pick up a DVD. Futureshop will have hundreds of them, so I can go down there at about 3 or 4 and pick up one instead of fighting the crowd for a fucking movie.

I'm actually considering to be honest, which is a step closer to buying it as I was before. I loved Planet Terror, and a very mildly enjoyed Death Proof, at best. But I may just give in and pick up just to give it a second shot by itself. Maybe I went tough on it comparing it to Planet Terror.

But as of it right now, I'm leaning SLIGHTY closer to NOT buying it but its still nearly a coin flip.

I don't think so. Every steelbook i have heard of (especially the exclusives) are only different in the packaging.

It was iffy lame. The interview was pretty long. It ran about 20 minutes I want to say. Maybe a little more, maybe a little less. It'd be pretty cool if you arent a geek who has followed alot of this project from day one and know most of the backstory. It also came with a 5 dollar off coupon for Planet Terror.

I bought it today, but I traded in some of my older movies I never ever watch (some single anime discs and such), so I didn't pay a single cent. Plus, I pre-ordered both of the movies at FYE and got this nice little slipcase to house both of the movies when they're out and pretty bitchin' posters for each.

they had tons at my best buy, I think they said minimum 18 per store or something like that and it looked there was still 18 or so. The $5 coupon is a nice added bonus but I agree the 3rd disc is kind of pointless. With best buy having such a kick ass promo I wonder what walmart ran as their walmart only exclusive (I never buy dvds from walmart but it seems anytime another store has an exclusive so does walmart).

Actually, it's a MINIMUM of 15 per store, not 15 per store. When they give a number in a ad, it's always the MINIMUM they're referring to.They usually have way more than 15. Mine still has plenty.
