These are recent pics of the Governator; looks like he has been hitting the gym again. Perhaps he's planning a comeback to movies, or at least a T4 cameo?

I don't think that just because he's looking more buff, means he's making a movie comeback. It's a possibility, but I think a long shot.

A while back, Arnold said he would make only a cameo appearance in T4 only if the filming takes place in CA. So maybe that's why.

I think its pretty safe to say once his terms are up he will either want to come back to movie/celebrity life, or run for office. Either way, he will want to be looking his best for the public image. I think he is looking at what he will do after he is no longer the Governor, and in his eyes, he needs to look good for whatever he chooses.
