its not even that, i just wish all the kids in the world didnt think everything they said was the ultimate truth, and no one else was right. theyre just slightly pretentious reviewers of music, nothing super special.

pitchfork is good


I'm just tired of them being the only voice out there that really matters when it comes to help push emerging bands into the hearts of music fans everywhere. I'm tired of seeing peoples record collections that only model albums that pitchfork rated highly. it's like no one tries to discover music in other ways anymore they just rely on Pitchfork. Which has it's merits though. More bands that deserve recognition have received it thanks to that site.
