I won't say coolest, but Boogie Nights, Floundering, Slacker, Get Shorty, Go, and Dead Man are all pretty cool, in addition to what's been mentioned.

And I assume you mean cool as in the film's 'attitude' not like, "Wow, this film is cool." - hence the Sam Jackson mention.

Shoot Em Up made me feel really badass just for seeing it.

and True Romance was fucking smooth to its core. Drexle was pretty much the coolest pimp ever put on screen.

plus, anything Tarantinos close friend Robert Rodriguez has done also has a large cool factor (Planet Terror, Desperado)
