Remember im going by what society would generally say as the bands top two best albums.
Led Zeppelin (Led Zeppelin IV and Physical Graffiti)
Pink Floyd( The Wall and Dark Side of the Moon)
Metallica (Master of Puppets and the Black Album)
The Beatles ( Abbey Road and the White Album)
The Rolling Stones( Let it Bleed and Exhile on Main Street)
Bon Jovi ( Slippery When Wet and New Jersey)
Def Leppard (Pyromania and Hysteria)
I am torn between Metallica and Zep

I'm not sure all of those are particularly accurate, but based on what's there:
1. The Beatles
2. Led Zeppelin
3. Metallica
4. Pink Floyd/The Rolling Stones
5. Bon Jovi
6. Def Leppard

Floyd, though the Wall is a bit overrated but still a fucking masterpiece.

Pink Floyd.
I'd be tempted to go with the Beatles if Abbey Road were replaced by Rubber Soul.

I would take either Floyd's Animals/The Final Cut, or Zep's Presence/Physical Graffiti.

Led Zeppelin, although I would have chosen Houses of the Holy instead of Physical Graffiti.

I know I'm a minority, but I actually think Their Satanic Majesties Request is the Stones' best...followed closely by Beggars Banquet and Between the Buttons. Exile is truly overrated, though.

THE BEATLES (Revolver and White Album)
OASIS (Morning Glory and Don't Believe the Truth)
THE DOORS (The Doors and L.A. Woman)
PINK FLOYD (Dark Side and Animals)
ROLLING STONES (1st Album and Let It Bleed)
RADIOHEAD (OK Computer and Kid A)
JIMI HENDRIX (Are You Experience and Electric Ladyland)
GENESIS (Invisible Touch and Genesis)

I'm confused. Do you mean what albums has society established as being the two best for each of those artists?

What Bruce Springsteen two masterpieces of rock music-Born to Run and Born in the USA
Born in the USA is completely overrated.
Critically speaking, Springsteen's 2 "best" would be Born to Run (this is no question) and Darkness on the Edge of Town. The River has too much filler, Nebraska can be boring at times, Born in the USA was great, but too poppy to be considered a masterpiece.
E Street Shuffle is an underappreciated album though.
