Fincher never dissapoints, not sure if it can beat Zodiac but lets hope its not a slump like panic room...

Hold on a second here. PANIC ROOM was in no way a slump, it wasn't up to par with some of his other films, but it was still a very good movie. However, THE CURIOUS CASE OF BENJAMIN BUTTON looks absolutely amazing. It's pretty obvious the studio has a lot of award confidence in it.

I've loved all of Fincher's films, I don't see why this'll be any different.

There's no way I'll agree with you on that one. Panic Room is one of the best thrillers I can, or can care to remember. I've rewatched it maybe over 10 times in just one year back in 06 and it's still awesome. But then again, Fincher will almost never disappoint me - he oozes "badass filmmaker"

Fincher is 1 of those directors who have proved themselves so much that there will never be a day I wont see anything he makes.

I cannot wait for this movie. Fincher is easily one of the best directors out there today, and this movie sounds great.

I love the conceit of this - living with the knowledge of what shape your life will take. You know what's going to happen and approximately when you'll die. I haven't read the story or anything, but I think combined with Fincher, it's a pretty nifty idea. Can't wait for the movie...
