CRUISE: (thinking to himself) "Excellent. Next is George Clooney, then Samuel L Jackson. Still thinking about Jack Black. He does make Suri laugh. Mwaaahahahahahahahahaha!"

And yet another who already has it all sells his soul to Satan.

I bet he probably said something very embarrassing at the reading and then somebody popped up from behind a desk with a tape recorder, "Hah, I got you now Big Willy! You're indebted to us for life now!"
Anyway, very sad news. I feel bad because Jada's next! Oh, wait, they can have her... it might just make her realize that Wicked Wisdom wasn't a smart move after all.
Why do celebs have to convert to this secret Hollywood religion that's essentially nonsense and run by a guy who thought he had magical powers? A science fiction writer at that. Hell, if it was Phillip K. Dick who came up with it, I might respect it more. That's Hollywood logic for you: if it costs more money than anything else, it must be better.

More like the other way around. She was already a member.

Its like a cool secret club for Hollywood.
If anything, scientology is a sign of too much disposable income.:p

That article says nothing other than it aknowledges Smith has never admited to being part of the cult.
Is it not possible that rather than come out and diss Scienctology (when it's clear he's good friends with one) when instead he can just say it interests him like every other religion. You know rather than publicly humiliate a friend?
It interests me. I think people are bat shit crazy that follow it but it still interests me.
No source on the sciencetology card gift story and not one picture of one of these cards which seemed like they were everywhere.
Another juicy gossip story filed out for the masses.

I'm not surprised. His kind of giddiness can be seen in almost every other celebrity Scientologist.

Exactly! In no way does that article say Will Smith is anything other than respecting a religion just as much as he respects all world religions.
Will Smith becomes friends with Tom Cruise and everyone just assumes the worst. Well you know what they say about assuming...

Does Scientology sound ridiculous? Of coarse. But it's not like it's the only ridiculous "religion" out there.
I've heard shit about lizard people, inidigo children and other hilarious stuff.
Seriously, the things some people believe in.
None of this effects how I feel about Cruise and Smith. As far as I'm concerned they are still both awesome.

Yeah that's pretty much excatly what I meant. The cult is ludicrously out there but it still interests me how they get people brain washed and how it all works and such.

The greatest thing in the world would be if had been Will Smith and not Eddie Murphy who had acted in Bowfinger.

Indeed, but those aren't even the BEST ones, man. My favorite is the one involving virgin births, a guy who walks on water, and an omnipotent space daddy who knows when you're sleeping, knows when you're awake, knows when you've been bad or good, so be good for goodness sake.
Now THAT crazy shit is TITE, yo.

I still think Tom Cruise is a douchebag. That guy is like what a mormon does door to door, but only among his closest friends.
