Her skin looks really oily. And yeah, she should probably have a bra on with that particular garment. But I don't think it's that much of a horror show going on there. She has looked worse.

Best part of that picture is the guy with the cap in the foreground on the left who looks like a deer caught in the headlights. (pun intended)

And I don't think she looks oily, she looks like she's in LA and in a crowd. Miami clubs are filled with people who look 'oily'
