Warner Home Video had sent over official artwork for an unrated edition (111 minutes) of the 1971 film The Devils which stars Vanessa Redgrave, Oliver Reed, and Dudley Sutton. The Ken Russell directed horror was originally scheduled for release on the 20th May, but has now disappeared from the schedule.

I have never heard of this film and I;ve never seen any films by Ken Russel so this news doesn't really affect me since I don't think I would've purchased this.

What....the.....fuck? They've been/were/possibly thought of releasing this? Why have I not heard this before? I'd be all over this if they put it out, I'd love to have a proper copy of it.

You get excited for several mediocre releases Pablo but have no interest in this?!

But yeah...this is shitty news. I noticed two days ago that it was scheduled to come out May 20th on DVDAF.com and was incredibly amped for the release since I've been waiting for this to finally be released for ages now. Hopefully, its just a temporary scrapping.
