Most chemistry between 2 characters

In all the movies you've ever seen, who would you consider to have had the most chemistry onscreen? I'm thinking about romances and such but if you got other examples, those can work. Who qualifies the most do you think?

My pick was fresh in my mind since I just got done watching it, but it was Emile Hirsch and Kristen Stewart in Into The Wild. They weren't together for a long time in the movie but there was just so much between them that I felt it could've been its own movie (but thankfully it wasn't since it could've easily went bad). Not much was said verbally between them but I was astonished by how much I was interested in them.
