I know all it takes is for someone to pay the money for a star on Hollywood's Walk of Fame but come on!

I agree. Arguably the most legit EVIL human being to ever get a star...

There are plenty of people worse than Vincent Kennedy McMahon who have stars on the Walk of Fame.

Ryan Seacrest.

CBS News Sunday Morning did a bit on this once:

ANYONE can get a star on the walk of fame, anyone. That's not an exaggeration. It isn't even decided by anyone on any level of merit. You apply to get a star, and pay your way to getting one.

It's a sham to get some extra pennies for the county budget.

He looks like a fuckin' dumbass in the 2nd picture on the right. Not quite sure why he needs a star.

As a wrestling fan, I'm gonna play the voice of dissent here...

Regardless of the process by which they are awarded, why shouldn't Vince have a star on the Walk of Fame? So WWE very much isn't what it used it be; Vince is at least famous for more than simply being famous, and he's been making regular contributions to the entertainment industry for something in the range of thirty years. Take that for what you will, but for my money Vince has long since earned a star. Certainly moreso than Ryan Seacrest or Britney fuckin' Spears.

Read through the full list of stars on the Walk of Fame (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_stars_on_the_Hollywood_Walk_of_Fame); like jackson13 said, you're bound to find somebody who's done less than Vince to get a star.

As a former wrestling fan, I have to agree.

The Hollywood Walk of Fame has become a joke; has been for years now.

I don't have anything against Vince McMahon per se, but as others have said, he's the latest in a long line of people who seemed to get his star just by having someone paying for it. The old stars are the ones who made Hollywood what is was, brought talent and glamor to the industry and were honored. Maybe I'm just too nostalgic sometimes....

Vince McMahon isn't a movie star.... The whole point of the walk though has been lost apparently, with people like he and Seacrest on it.
