just read on another board that borders had march 18th in their system as the release date for the mist. drove over to my local borders, and sure enough they had it out, i picked up the 2-disc. so just a heads up to anyone who wanted to pick it up a week early.

Actually, yeah, I was at Borders earlier today, and they had there, so I also picked up. I had no prior knowledge that they would have it out early, just happened to stop by there.


And tbone...I believe everyone had Eastern Promises (along with The Kingdom, Heartbreak Kid and whatever else came out the same day) out early, unless you are talking about even more than just about 4 days early

ats the price on it at Borders? for the 2 disc??

Cuz alot of times Borders is like 5-10 bucks more expensive then best Buy or Target.. if thats the case, i can wait the extra week and save some $$

It was $22.99 for the 2-Disc...which was the same price as the two disc I Am Legend at Best Buy.

Saw one lying on the laydown cart yesterday and went over to it after not seeing it on display. I took it to the register but was told they missed a few copies and were told to put them back.

I love this site...I stumbled up this info about the mist about an hr ago and rushed to my nearest borders to check it out...sure enough it was there out in the open ready to purchase, just wanted to say thanks guys!

No such luck for me...went to two Borders in my area, not a single copy. I can wait a few more days.

I went to Borders today (shopping for books), and it seems like they caught on to their mistake as I couldn't find anywhere on display....either that or they sold out.

I went today to see if they took it off the shelf. They didnt! It was the only one I saw too. I'm a lucky bastard.:D
