I haven't played them all. But even without playing the entire series accross a multitude of consoles and platforms. This is my favourite by far. Always has been, always will be. I guess it holds a special place in my gaming heart.

Link to the Past. By far the most fun out of the ones I've played. I could never get into OoT. Not nearly as fun as Link to the Past.
