Hello i am a long time lurker on these boards but this is my first time posting. I wanted to give the readers a chance to check out some amazing rare footage from the cutting room floor from the upcoming feature film Frat House Massacre.

I heard they just finished it in HD . My friend was able to get me some clips as he knows people with the film.. here is a taste of things to come …The film is very much in the style of the old 70s and 80s Italian and grind house films of its time. And Has a very Argento feel to it I’ve been told. I know they got Dario's main composer Claudio Simonetti to score the film…. So any fans of those films will be in for a great treat, So keep watching this page for more updates as I can get them as they come in and i hope everyone enjoys this stuff and let me know if you want me to get more

Heres the link to the youtube page i will be posting all the outtakes that come my way http://youtube.com/user/DeltaIotaEpsilon

To be perfectly honest, I'm so sick and tired of these z-grade slasher films claiming to be huge throwbacks to '70s and '80s classics and when you see them, they're anything but.

Thats a awfully negative way to look at it. All you have seen is the trailer, And what films are you referring to ? But regardless thanks for taking the time to check it out. I hope you give Frat House Massacre A chance.

Doesn't look all that good to me from the trailer - but that could be because of the amatuerish way it's put together. The description of the film doesn't grab me. Pounding disco soundtrack? I HATE disco. The title makes it sound like a slasher, but the description and trailer makes me think it's another torture horror. The one thing that sounds good is the theme about brothers - it that's played out well, maybe it would be something I'd like.

I agree with Driller Killer. This trend of wanting to recapture the 80's hasn't lead to anything good, yet. Besides, I don't think it's a good thing for filmmakers to look backwards and try to bring back the past. It's a bad sign of creative stagnation. Filmmakers should be aware of the past and roots of horror but strive to create something ground-breaking, or at least, original.

the whole old school horror vibe is great when its not overplayed, look at from dusk till dawn, theres a great homage to the classics. planet terror on the other hand...
