The part of Michael Myers was/is credited by everybody to have been played by George Wilbur, who had also played him in part 4. And that an additional shape Micheal Myers was also played by A. Michael Lerner.

**However though George Wilbur did play SOME of Micheal Myers and has taken the credit for it, it is a misconception that George Wilbur played the shape the majority of the movie. A. Micheal Lerner actually did.!!


A. Micheal Lerner will most likely be attending a convention in Pasadena, CA on November 1st and 2nd sharing what scenes he was actually in setting the record straight!

Yes, Nick Castle was the first person to fill out The Shape ;D I always loved those interviews with him where he'd talk about asking Carpenter how he should approach the character of Michael Myers, and JC would say "just walk slowly".
