... regarding films where you have a character of indiscriminant gender involved in action. Not necessarily disguised, like Selma Hayak in After the Sunset as the bum, but situations where you simply don't know the gender of the character involved.
Anyway, the question is, what films have sequences like this? I am drawing a blank... although asking just made me think of Leia at the beginning of Jedi as the bounty hunter. Any others?
The reason I ask is that I'm working on a screenplay with a scene like this and I want to see how others have handled it in screenplays.

Theres this japanese zombie movie called Wild Zero in which one of the main characters, a punk rocker named Ace, falls in love for this person who he thinks is a chick through out most of the film, only to later find out it was really a guy all the time.

Theres a scene in George Romero's Knightriders in which theres this person on a motorcycle jousting with another armored person on his bike, and she beats the hell out of the guy, when she takes her helmet off everyone sees she was a girl all along.

Cant think of anything else of the top of my head right now...

do you mean yourself as the veiwer or as a character in the story?
